COVID-19 Wellness Resources

Samaritan and its partners offer several varied resources to help our employees and their families maintain their wellness during this crisis.

Service Interruption

Effective immediately, the PeopleSoft external site is temporarily unavailable to protect our systems from a known and credible cyber threat. We anticipate having the system back online by Monday, Nov. 2, if not sooner. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Helpful Links for Employees

Below are useful links, including links to Samaritan Health Services’ timekeeping, online training and payroll and benefits systems. Each system requires a username and password for access. All use logon credentials consistent with internal use except for PeopleSoft, which requires a separate login and password for external access compared to internal access. 

Please note that these links lead you to external applications that are not mobile friendly, so you must access from a laptop or desktop computer. The links are also intended for use outside of the Samaritan network. If you are within the Samaritan network, please access these applications through the intranet home page. 

If you are having problems logging into Kronos, PeopleSoft or Performance Manager, please contact the Samaritan Information Services Service Desk at 541-768-4911.   Please note the minimum browser requirement effective 4/30/19: Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer 11, Firefox 47, Chrome 69.

Welcome to the Samaritan Health Services team!

As an agency, contract or temporary worker, you are an important piece to fulfilling our ultimate goal of building healthier communities together.

Before you start, we need you to orient yourself to Samaritan policies and complete specific training.
